The Authority of Rain Forest Research Institute, Jorhat under MEFCC, Govt. of India welcomes applications from the candidates who are eligible and interested for filling up the following mention vbacancvies:

A. Multi Tasking Staff: 12 Posts

1. Reservation: UR-08, ST-01, OBC-02, EWS-01
2. Salary: Pay Level-1; Rs. 18,000-56,900
3. Age: 18 years to 27 years. 
4. Educational Qualification: Metric pass from a recognized board/school. and 03 (Three) years or more experience in relevant trade.

B. Technician (Maintenance): 03 Posts

1. Vacancies in Trade: Electrician, Plumber, Bamboo Worker
2. Salary: Pay Level-2; Rs. 19,900-63,200
3. Age: 18 years to 30 years. 
4. Educational Qualification: Metric Pass from a recognised board with ITI certificate in relevant trade.

C. Technical Assistant: 08 Posts

1. Categories: Chemistry: 2, Botany: 1, Zoology: 1, Agriculture: 2, Forestry: 2
2. Reservation: UR: 3, SC: 2, OBC: 2, EWS: 1
3. Salary: Pay Level-5; Rs. 29,200-92,300
4. Age: 18 years to 30 years.
   
5. Educational Qualification: B.Sc. in the relevant field.

Venue of written test: The test shall be conducted at Jorhat, Agartala and Aizawl.

Application Fee: Rs. 200/- only from any nationalized Bank as Demand Draft in favour of Director, Rain Forest Research Institute, Jorhat.
