Agriculture Department BTC, Assam recruitment 2019: 64 Posts

The Central Selection Board (CSB), BTC ,Kokrajhar invites applications from the eligible candidates of Indian Citizen for tilling up of the following different categories of vacant posts lying under Agriculture Department BTC in the pay band and Grade Pay plus other allowances as admissible under the Rules of Govt. of Assam issued from time to time. The Educational Qualification and other eligibility criteria for the posts arc as given below.

 
1. Name of post : Agriculture Extension Assistant (AEA)(SAS-III)(Gr.III)

• i) Number of vacancies : 54 (Fifty four) Nos. The number of vacancies likely to be increase.
• ii) Pay Scale: PB-2(14000t- to 60500/-) + GP-6200/-pm.
• iii) Required Qualification: HS (Arts/Science/Commerce) pass from a Govt. recognized Board/Council/University.
• iv)Age Minimum 18 to 38 years of age on 3lst January, 2019.Relaxation of age for SC/ST is 5 years as per Govt. rules. In case of OBC/MOBC the relaxation of age is 3 years as per OM NoABP.6I20l6/9, dated 25-04-2018.

 
2. Name of post: Primary Investigator (PI)(Gr.-III)

• i) Number of vacancies 01 (One) No. The number of vacancies likely to be increase.
• ii) Pay Scale PB-2(14000/- to 60500/-) + (JP-6200/-pm.
• iii) Required Qualification HS (Arts/Science/Commerce) pass from a Govt. recognized Board/Council/University.
• iv)Age : Minimum 18 to 38 years of age on 31st January, 2019. Relaxation of age for SC/ST is 5 years as per Govt. rules. In case of OBC/MOBC the relaxation of age is 3 years as per OM No.ABP.6/2016/9, Dated 25-04-2018.

3. Name of post: Field Investigator (FI)(Gr.-III).

• I) Number of vacancies: 2(Two) Nos. The number of vacancies likely to be increase.
• ii) Pay Scale: PB-2(14000!. to 60500/-) + GP-62001-pm.
• iii) Required Qualification: HS (Arts/Science/Commerce) pass from a Govt. recognized Board/Council/University.
• iv)Age : Minimum 18 to 38 years of age on 31^st January. 2019. Relaxation of age for SC/ST is 5 years as per Govt. rules. In case of OBC/MOBC the relaxation of age 3 years us per OM No.ABP.6/201M), Dated 25042018. 

4. Name of post: Power Sprayer & Duster Operator (Gr.-III).

• i) No. of Post: 03(Three) Nos. The number of vacancies likely to be increase.
• ii) Pay scale: PB-2( 14000/- to 60500/-) + GP-6200/-pm.
• iii) Educational Qualification: HS (Arts/Science/Commerce) pass from a Govt. recognized Board/Council/University with Certificate/Diploma on Industrial Training.
• iv) Age : Minimum 18 to 38 years of age on 3l January, 2019. Relaxation of age for SC/ST is 5 years as per Govt. rules. In case of OBC/MOBC the  relaxation of age is 3 years as per OM No.ABP.6/20 16/9, Dated 25-04-2018.

5. Name of post: Junior Assistant(Gr.-III).

• i) Number of vacancies: 01 No. The number of vacancies likely to be increase.
• ii) Pay Scale: : PB-2( 14000/- to 60500/-) + GP-6200/-pm.
• iii) Required Qualification: HS (Arts/Science/Commerce) pass from a Govt. recognized Board/Council/University with Certificate in Basic Computer.
• iv) Age : Minimum 18 to 38 years of age on 3l January, 2019. Relaxation of age for SC/ST is 5 years as per Govt. rules. In case of OBC/MOBC the  relaxation of age is 3 years as per OM No.ABP.6/20 16/9, Dated 25-04-2018.

6.Name of post: Fitter (Gr-III).

• i) Number of vacancies: 01 (One) No. The number of vacancies likely to be increase.
• ii) Pay Scale: PB-2(l40001- lo 60500/-) + GP-6200/-pm.
• iii) Required Qualification: HS (Arts/Science/Commerce) pass from a Govt. recognized Board/Council/University with ITT Certificate/Diploma in Fitter.
• iv) Age : Minimum 18 to 38 years of age on 3l January, 2019. Relaxation of age for SC/ST is 5 years as per Govt. rules. In case of OBC/MOBC the  relaxation of age is 3 years as per OM No.ABP.6/20 16/9, Dated 25-04-2018.

7.Name of post: Fieldman (Gr-III).

• i) Number of vacancies: 02 (Two) No. The number of vacancies likely to be increase.
• ii) Pay Scale: PB-2(l40001- lo 60500/-) + GP-6200/-pm.
• iii) Required Qualification: HS (Arts/Science/Commerce) pass from a Govt. recognized Board/Council/University.
• iv) Age : Minimum 18 to 38 years of age on 3l January, 2019. Relaxation of age for SC/ST is 5 years as per Govt. rules. In case of OBC/MOBC the  relaxation of age is 3 years as per OM No.ABP.6/20 16/9, Dated 25-04-2018.

How to apply:

1. The candidates willing to apply for the post as mentioned above may apply by tilling up of the application form along with his/her Mobile Number as per Format at ANNEXURE-l of the advertisement. In case of the candidates willing to apply more than one post need to Submit separate applications along with all testimonials in terms of advertisement.
2. Reservation: The reservation will be as per Sixth Scheduled area norms.
3. Preference would be given to the candidates who are the residents of BTC area subject to fulfilment of all criteria against the post.
4. Documents: Self attested photo copies of all educational qualification certificates along with other professional/experience, if any must be furnished. The candidates must furnished certificate from the Municipal Board/Town Committee for urban area and Village Council Development Committee (VCDC) for rural area duly countersigned by the Revenue Circle Officer/Block Development Officer concerned to proof of the permanent residence of BTC area. But in case of the candidates belonging o ST/SC/OBC/MOBC categories are required to furnish only Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority instead of certificates from the Municipal Board/Town Committee and Village Council Development Committee (VCDC) to proof of permanent residence of BTC area.
5. Fee: No application fee is required.
6. Photograph: The candidates must furnish 2 (Two) copies of recent identical passport size photographs signed across by himself/ herself along with the application.
7. Examination/interview: The eligible candidates applying for the above mentioned post shall have in appear for an examination/ interview at their own cost as when called for.
8. No TA/DA will be admissible for the purpose.
