Indian Army Recruitment Rally 2020: Tezpur for the 10 Districts of Upper Assam

Army Recruitment Rally for male candidates for 10 x Districts of Upper Assam (Jorhat, Majuli, Tinsukia, Dibrugarh, Golaghat, Sivasagar, Charaideo, Dhemaji, Lakhimpur and Karbi Anglong) for Soldier General Duty, Soldier Technical, Soldier Clerk and Solider Tradesman category will be conducted from 19 Jan to 24 Jan, 2020 at Meghna Sports Stadium, Solmara Military Station, Tezpur.

All willing candidates may register Online at www.joinindianarmy.nic.in between 20 Nov, 2019 to 03 Jan, 2020 and bring Permanent Residential Certificate, Caste, Education, Character, Unmarried certificates, Affidavit and copies of Admit Card, Aadhar & PAN Cards for participation in Rally. 

Category wise age and educational criteria are as under-

Name of Post	Educational Qualification
Soldier General Duty	Class 10th/Matric pass with 45% marks in aggregate and 33% in each subject. For Boards following grading system Min of D Grade (33-40) in individual subjects or grade which contains 33% and overall aggregate of C2 grade.
Soldier Technical	10+2/Intermediate exam pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English with Mi 50% marks in aggregate and 40% marks in each subject.
Soldier Clerk	10+2/ Intermediate exam pass in any stream (Arts, Commerce, Science) with 60% marks in aggregate and minimum 50% in each subject. Securing 50% in English and Maths/Accounts/Book Keeping in Class 12th is mandatory.
Solider Tradesman	(i) Class 10th Simple pass (ii) No stipulation in aggregate percentage but should have scored mi 33% in each subject.
Solider Tradesman 8th Pass	(i) Class 8th Simple pass (for Syce, House Keeper & Mess Keeper) (ii) No stipulation in aggregate percentage but should have scored mi 33% in each subject.
