National Health Mission, Assam on behalf of Home (B) Department, Govt. of Assam invites online applications from the candidates willing for engagement on contractual basis against 15 vacancies in the District Jails of Assam.

The engagement will be under the Home(B) Department, Govt. of Assam and not under NHM, Assam.

The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reasons thereof.

Name of the Position: Medical Officer (MBBS)

Eligibility Criteria: MBBS Degree from a recognized Medical College and Registered with Assam Medical Council/ Medical Council of India

Age: Up to 65 years as on 1st Dec 2019

No. of Positions: 15 No.s

Remuneration: Rs. 50,000/- per month

Important Dates:

1. Online application will be received till 15th Dec 2019.
2. Tentative Date of Publication of List of Shortlisted candidates: 17th Dec 2019
3. Tentative Date of Interview: 20th Dec 2019.
4. The final schedule of interview will be published in the website https://nhm.assam.gov.in  on 17th December 2019 along with the list of provisionally shortlisted candidates.

All applicants are advised to visit the website accordingly.

All shortlisted candidates shall bring all relevant testimonials in original along with a set of self-attested photocopies of the testimonials for attending the interview.

No separate individual call letter for interview will be sent.

No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview/ selection test.
