Social Welfare Department Exam Notice 2020: Consultant @POSHAN Abhiyaan

In reference to the advertisement No. SPMU (POSHAN) HR/07/2019/90 dtd. on 19th Jan, 2020, this is to inform all concerned that the State Project Management Unit (SPMU), POSHAN Abhiyaan Assam has arranged to conduct a written test for engagement in the post of “Consultant (Procurement)” on 24th Feb’ 2020.

Venue: office of the State Project Director POSHAN Abhiyaan, Assam, Dr. Zakir Hussain Road, Sarumotoria, Bylane-12, Guwahati-36

After the written test, Personality Test will be held on the same day from 3.00 PM onwards.

Admit Card: The call letters of shortlisted Candidates will be sent through their E-mail ID. In case of non receipt of call Letter. intending candidates are requested to collect the duplicate copy of the call Letter personally from the office of the State Project Director POSHAN Abhiyaan, Assam, Dr. Zakir Hussain Road, Sarumotoria before 24th Feb’ 2020 or collect from the examination centre on the date of examination.

Important Points:

1. No TA/DA will be given for appearing in the Interview.
2. The candidates will have to report before 30 minutes of the Schedule Time of the written test. No candidate will be allowed to leave the examination hail before 1 (one) hour.
3. Candidates appearing for the written Test must bring a copy of this Admit Card sent to their Email ID on the day.
4. Paste your latest passport size photograph on this Admit Card at the specified place.
5. Candidates will have to bring all their original Testimonials at the time of Written Test.
6. No Mobile Phone, Calculator, Bag, electronic device will be allowed inside the examination hail.
