AERC Recruitment Required Eligibility Details

 

Minimum Required Qualification/ Experience:

• Must be holder of a degree in Electrical Engineering and having 25 years of engineering experience with atleast five years at management level in large power utilities. 

Desirable Additional Qualification/ Experience:

• (a) Experience in working in Regulatory Authority. 
• (b) Experience in development of Electricity Tariffs, Commercial issues and power purchase agreements etc. 
• (c) Experience as a Power Engineer with sufficient knowledge of Generation, Transmission and Distribution. 
• (d) Good knowledge of Electricity Laws is desirable. (e) Experience as professional economist /power engineer 
• (f) Experience in development of Tariff in power sector utilities. 
• (g) Experience of Economic Analysis, modelling and Statistical techniques. 
• (h) Demonstrated capabilities in analytical modelling

 

Age Limit: Maximum 62 years as on 1st January, 2022
