1. Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
No. of Post: 1 Post (for DBT-GOI funded
project on the topic entitled, "Attempt to develop diagnostics
and preventive measure for suspected fish viral diseases encountered in
Assam" in the Dept of Zoology)
Educational Qualification: M.Sc.in Zoology with specialization in Fish Biology &
Fishery Science.
2. Junior Research Fellow
(JRF)
No. of Post: 1 Post (the DBT-GOI funded project on the topic
entitled "Establishment of captive breeding protocols and value additions
to selected indigenous ornamental fishes from North East India" in
the Dept of Zoology)
Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in Zoology with specialization in Fish Biology &
Fishery Science. Candidates with experience in breeding and culture of
indigenous fishes will be given preference.
Salary: Rs.14,000/- per month plus 20% HRA.
Age Limit: The age of the
candidate should not be less than 2l years and not more than 45 years.
