1. Manager (Technical)
No of posts: 54

Salary: Salary Level 11(Rs.67700-208700)

Educational Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institute
Experience: Three years’ experience in implementation of Infrastructure Sectors related to Highways, Roads and Bridges.

2. Deputy General Manager(Technical )
No of posts: 97

Salary: Salary Level 12(Rs.78800-209200)

Educational Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institute
Experience: Six years’ experience in implementation of Infrastructure Sectors related to Highways, Roads and Bridges.

3. General Manager(Technical )
No of posts: 10

Salary: In PB-4, (Rs.37400-67000) with Grade Salary Rs.8700 [Pre-revised in CDA pattern, equivalent to Salary Level 13 of the Salary Matrix as per7th CPC]

Educational Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institute
Experience: 14 years’ experience in the Salary Scale of Salary Band-3 (Rs.15,600-39,100) with Grade Salary Rs.5400/-(pre-revised in CDA pattern, equivalent to Salary Level 10of Salary Matrix as per 7thCPC) or equivalent or higher out of which 9 years’ experience in implementation of Infrastructure Sectors related to Highways, Roads and Bridges.

4. General Manager(Finance)
No of posts: 2

Salary: In PB-4, (Rs.37400-67000) with Grade Salary Rs.8700 [Pre-revised in CDA pattern, equivalent to Salary Level 13 of the Salary Matrix as per7th CPC]

Educational Qualification: Degree in Commerce / Accounts from a recognized university or ICAI/ ICWAI / MBA (Finance) from a recognized University / Institute; Or Member of any organized Group-‘A’ Finance/ Accounts related Service of the Central Government or of the State Government
Experience: 14 years’ experience in the Salary Scale of Salary Band-3 (Rs.15,600-39,100) with Grade Salary Rs.5400/-(pre-revised in CDA pattern, equivalent to Salary Level 10 of Salary Matrix as per 7thCPC) or equivalent or higher out of which 7 years’ experience in Financial Accounting/ Budgeting/ Internal Audit/ Contract Management/ Fund Management/ Disbursement in an organization of repute.
