1. Assistant Professor, Department of Yogic Science & Naturopathy

No of posts: 2

Scale of Pay: As per the MSSV Pay Matrix

Educational Qualification: As per UGC Regulation, 2018 for the maintenance & standard of Appointment of Teachers.

Desirable: Experience in Teaching & Research.

Age Limit: Not exceeding 38 years. The upper age limit is relaxable as per the norms of Government.

2. Assistant Professor, Department of Performing Arts

No of posts: 1

Scale of Pay: As per the MSSV Pay Matrix

Educational Qualification: As per UGC Regulation, 2018 for the maintenance & standard of Appointment of Teachers.

Specialization: Music

Desirable: Experience in Teaching & Research.

Age Limit: Not exceeding 38 years. The upper age limit is relaxable as per the norms of Government.

3. Yoga Instructor

No of posts: 2

Scale of Pay: As per the MSSV Pay Matrix

Educational Qualification:

• Post–graduate degree (full time course) in Yoga/ Yogic Science/ Yoga Therapy/ Yoga Studies etc. from a recognized University.

OR

• Post–graduate diploma (full time of at least one year course) in Yoga/ yogic Science/ Yoga Therapy/ Yoga Studies etc. from a recognized university or an eminent institution with a well established reputation in the field of yoga, with a minimum experience of two years in yoga teaching and practice.

Desirable: Experience in Teaching & Research.

Age Limit: Not exceeding 38 years. The upper age limit is relaxable as per the norms of Government.

Candidate are required to pay an amount of Rs. 2,000.00 (Rupees two thousand) only for post by demand draft in favour of “REGISTRAR, MAHAPURUSHA SRIMANTA SANKARADEVA VISWAVIDYALAYA” payable at “State Bank of India, Nagaon Main Branch (IFSC: SBIN0000146)” or Cash at Accounts Branch of the University as an application fees for the post.
