Roles and Responsibilities

Acquiring customers and converting into productive Sale.

Support in cross-sell and collections.
·
Meet defined sales and cross-sell targets.
·
Reporting To Jana Centre Manager any other reporting Dotted line
reporting to Cluster Head (Agri)/Individual Loan
·
Internal Purpose of the Interaction Frequency Centre/ Cluster
Jana Centre Head For daily reviews - previous days business and plan for the
current day.
·
Daily Cluster Head For reviews on business performance
(sourcing, approvals, disbursal and collections), along with Centre Head.
·
When scheduled. CRECs/AH's information sharing others. Daily
External Purpose of the Interaction Customers Sourcing and converting and
enrollment support and also educate self for higher roles Routine
Desired Candidate Profile
·
Should be 10+2 or
equivalent
·
1 to 4 years experience into Banking / NBFC / Microfinance
·
Fresher can apply with good banking knowledge and communication
skills
·
Bike + DL mandatory
