The Central Institute of Educational Technology (CIET), a constituent of National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) is looking for suitable candidates to recruit for the following posts (Contractual) to work for the NISHTHA (National Initiative for School Heads’ and Teachers’ Holistic Advancement) and MOOCs on SWAYAM project. The posting will be at its headquarter located at New Delhi. The appointment is initially till March 2022, and likely to be extended, subject to the project continuity and satisfactory performance by the candidate. Following are the details about the selection criteria for each post:

1. Senior Consultant (Academic)
No of posts: 3

Educational Qualification: Master degree in elearning/ English/ Physics/ Chemistry/ Mathematics with M.Ed from recognized University/ Institute with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade.

Desirable:
Ph.D., D.Litt
Preferably NET/ SLET Qualified
Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate in Management- Good Communication skill in English/ Hindi or both
Certificate of participation/ completion in online courses and/or experience as online course coordinator/ admins.

2. Senior Consultant (Technical)
No of posts: 1

Educational Qualification: Master Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Application/ Information Technology/ Computer Engineering along with Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Computer Application/ Information Technology/ Computer Engineering from recognized University/ Institute with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade.

Desirable:
Certificate in technical skills
Certificate of participation/ completion in online courses and/or experience as online course coordinator/ admin.

3. Academic Consultant

Desirable:
M.Phil, Ph.D., Preferably NET/ SLET Qualified
Experience and proficiency in ET/ICT
Knowledge of Research Methodology and skills in the development of research tools, collection, and analysis of data, report writing, etc.
Certificate of participation/ completion in online courses experience as online course coordinator/ admin.

4. Technical Consultant
No of posts: 5

Educational Qualification: Master Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Application/ Information Technology/ computer Engineering from recognized University/ Institute with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Application/ Information Technology/ Computer Engineering from recognized University/ Institute with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade

Desirable:
Certificate in courses related to CMS/ LMS
Certificate of participation/ completion in online courses and/or experience as online course coordinator/ admin

5. Instructional Designer
No of posts: 3

Educational Qualification: Master degree in elearning/ Instructional Design/ Education/ Educational Technology/ English/ Mathematics/ Physics/ Chemistry/ Biology from recognized University/ Institute with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade.

Desirable:
Certificate/ Diploma in instructional design.
Certificate of participation/ completion in online courses and/or experience as online course coordinator/ admin

6. Graphic Artist
No of posts: 4

Educational Qualification: Graduate in Multimedia/ Design/ Graphics/ Animation from recognized University/ Institute with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade.

Desirable: Proficiency in Corel Draw, Adobe, Page Maker, Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, etc.

7. DTP Operator
No of posts: 3 [English: 1, Hindi: 1, Urdu:1]

Educational Qualification:
Graduate in any subject from recognized University/ Institute with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade
One-year Diploma/ Certificate course in DTP from recognized University/ Institute with minimum 55% marks or equivalent

Desirable:
Skill in designing digital/ eBooks
Skill of working in bilingual (English and Hindi/ English and Urdu/ Urdu and English/ Urdu and Hindi)

8. Data Analyst
No of posts: 4

Educational Qualification: Masters degree in Statistics/ Mathematics/ Data Science/ Information and Data Management from recognized University/ Institute with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade.

Desirable:
Certificate of participation/ completion in online courses and/or experience as online course coordinator/ admin
Understanding of big data management.

9. System Analyst
No of posts: 1

Educational Qualification: Post Graduate in Computer Science, Computer Application or Computer Engineering or B.Tech/ B.E in Computer Science/ IT with minimum 55% marks or from recognized University/ Institute equivalent grade.

Desirable:
Coding skills (PHP, Python, .Net), CSS
Certificate of participation/ completion in online courses and/or experience as online course coordinator/ admin.

10. Content Developer (Technical)
No of posts: 6

Educational Qualification: Post Graduate in Computer Science/ IT/ Computer Application/ Computer Engineering from recognized University/ Institute with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade.

Desirable:
Coding skills (PHP, Python, .Net), CSS
Certificate of participation/ completion in online courses and/or experience as online course coordinator/ admin.

11. Content Developer (Academic)

Educational Qualification: Post Graduate in English/ Hindi/ Urdu from recognized University/ Institute with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade

Desirable:
Typing in respective language using computer applications/ softwares

12. Junior Project Fellow

Selection Process of CIET – NCERT Recruitment 2021

Candidates will be first shortlisted based on their CV and information given in the Google form. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview and/or skill test in online/face-to-face mode, to be decided later.

In case of online interview, the candidate must appear as per the assigned slot only. Please note that only selected candidates will be intimated.
