Information Management (SIKSHA SETU) Android Application on 9th
September 2021. This SIKSHA SETU Assam Android Application helps SSA
Assam monitor Student Enrollment, Student Attendance, Teacher
Attendance,& Non-Teaching Staff Attendance, Staff Leaves, etc in
Real-Time. This SIKSHA SETU Assam App was developed by School
Education Department Assam, Govt. of Assam. In the SIKSHA SETU
App, the Principal/ Head Teacher of the particular School will have to
take Attendance of the School Staff & Students attendance in
real-time.

About SIKSHA SETU Application
1) There are many benefits like SDMIS. Such as
Students Attendance, Teachers Attendance, Students transfer, etc.
2) Through this app you need to ensure students
and teachers present slots every day in school.
The methods taken Attendance are:
a) Login
b) Every students Registration.
c) It is mandatory to give a photo during
Registration time, the same is true of teacher Registration.
d) After Registration you can easily take their
Attendance here every day as there will be names. It is only click and it is
also mandatory to take pictures. Photo can also be taken in groups.
e) This rule will also be applicable to
teachers.
3) Apps use is not internet or not it will
do its job whenever Network area comes.
4) GPS On should be done while Attendance, whether
internet or not. Later this app will show where it has been doing it.

SIKSHA SETU App School Level Process :
1. Update Teacher & class wise Students details in the
portal https://axomssa.com/Siksha Setu/
2. After updating the Teacher & class wise Students details, schools have to
download SIKSHA SETU Application from Google Play https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ssa.axom
.
Login Process at SIKSHA SETU App:
1. The user name of the School level will be the 11 digit UDISE
Code.
2. The default password will be given by your CRCC.
3. Click on the Login Button.
4. You can change your Password after log in.
Attendance System at SIKSHA SETU App:
1. All attendance should be captured as per the system.
2. Registered Teachers should capture their Faces &
slowly blink their eyes in front of the camera.
About SIKSHA SETU App & sikshasetu.assam.gov.in
1. SIKSHA SETU
Apps can only attend your school students and teachers and monitor the
information. You can correct and view all the information in the school in
axomssa.com. The information that you correct on the website will be seen in
the Apps.
2. You will get an admin
login when you first visit the website to School login. Give school DISE code
in user id and password: default. The password may also change you. It is not
difficult to do so.
3. After Login, you will
see some information about your school name. Also see three aus on the right.
Clicking there will see school management, teacher and staff management,
student management, staff and student management etc.
4. You can provide any
school information by going to School management, such as mail id, phone
number, bank details etc.
5. You can visit the
school teacher and staff information by going to Teacher and Staff management.
The listing will see the teachers' staff already in. If they are not presently
able to transfer to the place where they are currently working by going against
their names. And if you retire then you will be able to deactivate. New
teachers' information can be included in the list which will be seen as adding
staff on it.
6. You can visit the
Student management and see the student information. Listing can go to the
listing and select the classes and view the student information by class.
Promotion and repeaters can go to the top class, put the students in the same
class or dropbox. Students can go to Transfer and send them to different
schools in the same class.
In this case:
- A. Students who have left the school for a different
school will be given DROPBOX.
- B. PROMOTE the students who passed class above.
- C. Students who have enrolled in the school will be
enrolled in the STUDENT REGISTRATION and save the form.
One thing to keep in
mind is that the information of the students can be Editত and corrected. Also a lot of information
can be connected.
7. Attendance Management
can go and monitor the attendance of school staff and student.
8. You can go to Reports
and download various school information such as teachers, student lists, daily
or monthly attendance etc. as pdf or excel sheet.
9. You will first go
to axomssa.com website and correct the information of teachers
and students. This will be followed by SIKSHA SETU Apps and
see the information you have corrected. Apps will be seen as staff enrollment
after opening. Clicking there will see the names of teachers and select. First,
upload I card or Aadhaar card by taking pictures then the camera will be turned
on take your face out on camera and take pictures. After doing that, the red
sign against your name will turn green. When it's green you will go to staff
attendance and see the names of those who upload photos. You can make your
presence felt by clicking on your name.
10. First you correct
the information of teachers and students and also start the process of making
daily attendance of teachers.
