Essential
Qualification:
MBBS degree recognized by the Medical
Council of India with one year post-internship experience in Surgery/General
Medicine in a reputed/dedicated hospital/nursing home.
Additional
Qualification (either of the following):
Diploma in Industrial Health or
equivalent Post Graduate certificate of training in Industrial Health
recognized by the Central or State Government.
Work experience of at least three
years in policy, execution, and advice on safety & health of workers
employed in various sectors such as mines, ports, docks, factories, and
buildings.
Emoluments
and Other Benefits:
Monthly Remuneration: ₹93,000
Annual
Increment: ₹2,800
per month upon extension after one year.
OPD
Expenses: ₹1,000
per month.
Family
Floater Insurance: Coverage
of ₹5 Lakhs for self, spouse, and two immediate dependents.
Personal
Accident Insurance: ₹12
Lakhs coverage.
Local
Conveyance Charges: ₹14
per km from local residence.
Leave
Entitlement: 12
Casual Leave (CL) and 12 paid leaves per year, with the option for compensatory
off for extra duty. Paid leave can be accumulated, but CL cannot.
