Qualification:
Full-time BBA/ MBA/MSW/PGDBM
(Specialization in Social welfare/ Labour welfare / Human Resource Development)
from a recognized university.
All qualifications must be
from a recognized University/Deemed University or AICTE-approved Autonomous
Institution (wherever applicable) of repute.
Computer knowledge
(Microsoft office, DTP Skill in Assamese / English language) is also a must.
Experience: Minimum
3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in PSU / Large Private Sector
Industry.
Preference may also be given
to candidates having experience of Core Labour Welfare Activities, Sole
mediator between Management and Labour, Union, Labour wages and benefits, etc.
Pay Scale: Rs.
8,000 to Rs. 35,000. Grade Pay Rs. 5,100. Along with other allowances and
facilities also as admissible. (Total emolument will be Rs. 25,000/- + per
month).
Age Limit: Maximum
38 years
