Qualification and Experience 

Senior Manager (Security Administration):

  • Educational Qualification: BSc in Electronics, Physics, Computer Science, IT, or B.Tech/B.E.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years in IT domain in banking or electronic payment services.

Senior Manager (Products & Solutions):


  • Educational Qualification: Any Graduate with MBA (2 years) or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years in direct product management/development in banking/financial institutions.

Senior Manager (Information System Auditor):

  • Educational Qualification: BSc in Electronics, Computer Science, IT, or B.Tech/B.E.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years in IS audit in banking or electronic payment services.

Senior Manager (ATM Operations):

  • Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Post Graduate in Finance/Commerce preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years in banking operations/financial services.

Assistant General Manager (Program/Vendor Management):

  • Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/MCA/Postgraduate in IT/Management.
  • Experience: Minimum 12 years in banking/financial sector/vendor management.

Assistant General Manager (IT):

  • Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (IT/Computer Science preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 12 years in IT domain with 6 years in banking.

Deputy General Manager (Finance/CFO):

  • Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years in financial operations, with 5 years at senior management level.

General Manager (Finance/CFO):

  • Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
  • Experience: Minimum 18 years in finance domain.
