1. GIS Analyst, Public Works Roads Department, Assam

No of posts: 01

Remuneration: Rs 50,000 per month (Fixed Consolidated Pay inclusive of all benefits)

Other Eligibility Criteria

Candidate must have a Master’s degree in Geology/Geography or a related field along with a post-graduate diploma in GIS and Remote sensing or Geoinformatics. Candidate must have strong proficiency in GIS software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, and Google earth. Candidate must have knowledge of geospatial data analysis along with spatial data formats (e.g., Shapefiles, GeoJSON, KML) and coordinate systems. Experience in AutoCAD and GIS Database management is an added advantage. Should have knowledge of relevant IT Software and MS Excel. Should have age not more than 40 years as on 01.09.2024. Should have a minimum 3 years of experience in PMGSY and any SRRDA dealing with PMGSY works. Should have more than 10 years of professional experience in GIS field.
