Assam State AIDS Control Society (ASACS) has invited applications from eligible and
intending candidates for the recruitment of Senior Medical Officer and
Medical Officer in Antiretroviral Therapy (ART Plus) Centre at
Silchar Medical College & Hospital, Silchar and Gauhati Medical College
& Hospital, Guwahati.
ASACS Recruitment 2024
1. Senior Medical Officer
No. of Posts: 01
Age Limit: Not more than 65 years as on 01/04/2024
Salary: Rs. 90,000/- per month
Educational Qualification & Experience
MBBS with valid registration from the State Medical Council of Assam/NMC
OR
MBBS with Post Graduate (MD/Diploma) including DNB in any clinical discipline recognized by NMC.
Desirable: Work Experience in HIV/AIDS Programme in field settings. Those with MD Medicine / Diploma in Medicine will be preferred.
3 years experience is needed for MBBS candidates. Fresher Post Graduates from Clinical Discipline will also be considered.
Good working knowledge of computer, MS office.
2. Medical Officer
No. of Posts: 01
Age Limit: Not more than 65 years as on 01/04/2024
Salary: Rs. 72000/- per month
Educational Qualification & Experience:
MBBS with valid registration from the State Medical Council of Assam/NMC
Desirable: Work Experience in HIV/AIDS Programme in field settings. Those with MD Medicine / Diploma in Medicine will also be preferred.
6 months work experience. Post Graduates from Clinical Discipline will also be considered.
Good working knowledge of computer, also MS office.
