Guwahati Municipal Corporation (GMC) has recently invited applications from eligible
and intending candidates for the recruitment of 6 Teachers (Hindi,
Maths, English, Science, Social Studies) in different schools on a contractual
basis.

No. of posts: 6 ( 1 for each subject)
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must have a graduate degree from a recognized university. Candidates must have a degree in B.Ed or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.EL.ED) with a minimum of 50% marks
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in related field is required
Salary: Rs. 20000/- per month
Age Limit: Max 35 years of age as on 01-01-2024

The applications must be submitted from 2nd September 2024 to 30th September 2024
Applications in closed envelopes have altogether to be submitted in the drop box at the O/o Guwahati Municipal Corporation, Personnel Branch, 2d Floor, Uzanbazar, Guwahati-781001.
Applications without a contact number, photograph, or signature of the candidate or received after the last date and time or received through any other mode or incomplete in any respect will be summarily rejected
The date and syllabus of the written test and viva voce will altogether be notified in due course of time which will be published in the GMC official website.
Candidates shall bring original documents/ certificates at the interview for verification, failing which they shall not also be allowed to appear.
Candidates are required to bring PAN card or any Valid ID and/ or address proof at the interview.
