Samagra Shiksha, Assam (SSA) has invited application for the recruitment of 87 posts of Additional Resource Person & Assistant Additional Resource Person posts vacancy under Samagra Shiksha, Axom on contractual basis. Interested and eligible candidates may apply online .
Samagra Shiksha Assam Recruitment Details
1. Additional Resource Person (ARP)
No of Posts: 22 posts
Pay: Rs. 20000/- per month
Educational Qualification: The minimum educational qualification for IE (Inclusive Education) Additional Resource Person must be Graduate from a Recognized University and
The candidate must have special qualification of minimum 1 (One) year Diploma in Special Education in any category of disability with valid RCI CRR number.
Candidates must have Minimum 3 years working experience in any Govt. Organization/NGO working in the field of disability/ SSA/DPEP.
Preference: Female candidates with disability & sibling of a disabled person or a person having a child with disability and having requisite qualification will be given priority.
Age Limit: The candidate should not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 62 years of age as on 01-01-2024.
2. Assistant Additional Resource Person (AARP)
No of Posts: 31 posts
Pay: Rs. 15000/- per month
Educational Qualification: The minimum educational qualification for IE (Inclusive Education) Assistant Additional Resource Person must be Graduate from a Recognized University and
The candidate must have special qualification like 1 (One) Yr. Diploma in Special Education in any category of disability with valid RCI CRR number.
Preference:
Candidates have working experience in any Govt. Organization/NGO working in the field of disability/ SSA/DPEP.

Essential Qualification & Experience:
Teachers Training & Pedagogy: Post Graduation in Arts or
Science with at least 50% marks, having B.Ed and minimum Five Years of
experience as Teacher/ Teacher Education/Educational Administrator State
Government/ Central under Government/ Semi Government/ Government Bodies/ PSUs/
Large Private Institute/ organization
and having Computer Literacy.
Inclusive Education:
Post graduate with minimum one year experience of working with an organization
dealing with education of children with disabilities under Government/ Semi
Government/ Government Bodies/ PSUs/ Large Private Institute/ organization.

Pay: Rs. 14000/- + Grade Pay Rs. 8000/-
Essential Qualification and Experience: Graduate with minimum 1
year Diploma in Computer Application / DTP from reputed institutions or Diploma
in Computer Application from ITI or 3 years diploma from Polytechnic. Applicant
should have 1 year of work experience.
Selection Process of Samagra Shiksha Assam Recruitment
Only eligible candidates will have to appear in test/interview, the exact date of which will be communicated separately.
A candidate must be in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient discharge of his/ her duties as an Officer of the service.
The exact date & time of the Test/ Interview will be communicated to the shortlisted candidates separately.
Marking pattern will be on General Awareness, Personality & Aptitude, Subject matter in relevant field, Relevant Experience, etc. for the post. The applicant has to obtain minimum 50% of the total marks on the above in the interview and only then the candidates will be short-listed.
