About SBI Youth for India Fellowship

The SBI Youth for India Fellowship aims to nurture socially responsible leaders by immersing them in rural India. Fellows collaborate with NGO partners and local communities to work on projects related to:

Eligibility Criteria for SBI Youth for India Fellowship 2026-27

Applicants must:

Be an Indian citizen, a citizen of Nepal/Bhutan, or an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI)
Be between 21 and 32 years at the time of programme commencement
Have completed a Bachelor’s degree before 1 October 2025

Important Note: Candidates who do not have an OCI card should apply through the Ministry of Home Affairs website. Since the OCI process may take 1–3 months, early registration is recommended.

SBI Youth for India Fellowship 2026 Benefits

Selected candidates will receive:

₹16,000 per month for living expenses
₹2,000 per month as travel allowance
