Application in Prescribed Form along with attested copies of all certificates, mark sheets, recent passport size photo, experience certificates, etc. are invited from intending candidates, who are Indian Citizens, for engagement on contract basis under Assam State Disaster Management Authority (ASDMA).

Essential Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or Institute or
equivalent. - Should not be below 21years and above 43 years as on 1 st January 2025.
- Should have minimum 3years working experience as a full time paid employee inan
organization of repute dealing with Disaster management in Govt./PSU/
Autonomous Body. - Should have excellent verbal and written communication skill in Assamese and
English. - Should have good skill in computer operation especially in MS Office.
- Candidate must be Indian Citizen and should be a permanent resident of Assam.
Age as on 01-01-2025: Should not be below 21 years and above 43 years as on 1st January 2025.

The applicants shortlisted on the basis of eligibility criteria may have to appear for a Written Test/ Computer Test / Interview for which no TA / DA shall be paid for the purpose.
The number of candidates to be called for written test/interview will be decided by the Authority on the basis of number of posts and merit list prepared for the purpose.
The Authority also reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason thereof.

How to Apply:
The Computer skill test (MS Office) and Viva Voce/interview (Total marks = 100) will be conducted on 09-07-2025 (Wednesday) from 10:00 AM at the Assam Administrative Staff College. Khanapara. Guwahati.22
All candidates will have to report at the exam venue before 10:00 AM and reporting later will lead to disqualification. No digital devices, mobile phones etc. will be allowed inside
examination Hall.
Important Points:
- Candidate must be an Indian citizen.
- Candidate should bring along with them Proof of identity (Voter ID / Aadhar Card / PAN Card / Driving License).
- Candidate must carry self-attested copies of their proof of age, educational qualification, and working experience.
- No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.

Remuneration: ₹ 70,000/- (seventy thousand) per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience:
- Master’s Degree in any discipline (preferably in Disaster Management, Social Work, Sociology, Geography, Agriculture, Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning).
- Candidates should have a minimum post-qualification experience of 5 (five) years in the fields related to Disaster Management.
- Candidates having a PhD Degree in the relevant field are required to have a minimum post-qualification experience of 3 (three) years.
- Candidates must have reasonable experience in the field of preparation of Disaster Management Plans, Guidelines, and SOPs related to Disaster Management.
- Preference will be given to candidates with higher experience or candidates who have experience of working with Central / State Government Departments.
Age Limit: The maximum age limit will be 65 (sixty-five) years.
