AUIDFCL Recruitment 2025 Details

1. Finance Officer

• No. of Posts: 01
• Qualification & Experience:
  • Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university/institute.
  • Minimum 15 years’ relevant accounting and auditing experience as head or independent charge of Finance & Accounts in any Govt. organization.
  • Good knowledge of Government Financial Rules & Regulations.
• Remuneration: ₹1,00,000 per month
• Age Limit: No age bar for deserving candidates.

2. Company Secretary

• No. of Posts: 01
• Qualification & Experience:
  • B.Com from a recognized university/institute and Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
  • Preference for candidates with LLB degree.
  • 5–8 years’ experience working as a Company Secretary in a reputed PSU/Private organization.
• Remuneration: ₹65,000 per month
• Age Limit: No age bar for deserving candidates.

Other Important Information

• The engagement is purely contractual for an initial period of 11 months, extendable based on performance.
• In-service candidates must apply through proper channel.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for written test/interview.
• No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the selection process.
• Screening and eligibility will be solely decided by the selection committee.
