Monthly Financial Support: Graduates passing out in 2025 from government universities and colleges in Assam will receive ₹2,500 per month for a duration of up to one year to support them as they seek employment.
One-time Assistance Option: On the recommendation of the District Commissioner (DC), eligible candidates can opt for a one-time financial assistance of ₹25,000 instead of the monthly disbursements.
Support for Research Scholars:
- A one-time grant of ₹25,000 will be provided to research scholars from state and central government universities, regardless of gender.
- Special assistance of ₹50,000 is earmarked for Divyang (differently-abled) research scholars, ensuring inclusivity in academic and research pursuits.

Only permanent residents of Assam will be eligible to avail benefits under this scheme, ensuring targeted support for the state’s youth.
