DEE Assam Document Verification for 5550 LP UP Assistant Teacher Posts Postponed

Directorate of Elementary Education, DEE Assam has recently released the official notification regarding the Physical Document Verification for candidates who submitted online applications for the 5550 posts LP UP teachers. Candidates who have submitted online application will need to appear for the Physical Document Verification.

Schedule of DEE Assam Document Verification

It is for information of all concerned that the Physical Documents Verification of the candidates, who have successfully submitted their Online Application and uploaded the relevant documents in support of their candidature against Advertisement vide No.383723/117 & No. 383723/124 dated 26/12/2023 for recruitment to the post of Regular Teachers in LP & UP Schools under DEE, Assam as follows:

  • Date: 20/03/2025 to 11/04/2025
  • Time: 10: 00 AM onwards.
  • Venue: ROHIKA, ASSAM AGRICULTURE UNIVERSITY INTERNATIONAL GUEST HOUSE, KHANAPARA, GUWAHATI – 781022

Documents Needed for DEE Assam Document Verification

Documents as mentioned below should be produced in original at the time of documents verification. Applicants are advised to take two set of xerox copies with them.

  • Application Form (Print out of the online application form)
  • Passport Size Photograph.
  • HSLC Admit Card.
  • HSSLC Mark-sheet and Certificate.
  • Graduation Mark-sheet and Certificate.
  • Any other Mark-sheet and Certificate of higher education.
  • DElEd/ BEd Marksheet (1st Year & 2nd Year) and Certificate.
  • Caste Certificate (in case of SC/ ST(P)/ST(H)/OBC/MOBC).
  • Document in support of Permanent Resident of Assam.
  • Certificate and Mark sheet of ATET/CTET.
  • Candidates with disabilities will have to enclose certificates of disabilities issued by Govt. authority.
  • Certificate of Ex-servicemen issued by the Director, Sainik Welfare Board (If uploaded).
