Flood and River Erosion Management Agency of Assam (FREMAA), an autonomous society under the Government of Assam and implementing agency for externally aided projects of the Water Resources Department, Assam, has invited eligible Indian citizens for a Walk-in Interview for the post of PA to CEO on a contractual basis.

Age Limit

  • Minimum: 24 years
  • Maximum: 40 years
  • Age as on: 01 January 2026

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Minimum 60% marks
  • Degree from a recognized university

Experience Required

  • Minimum 2 years experience
  • Preferably in Government / Semi-Government / Agency sector
  • Experience in similar roles preferred

Required Skills

  • Fluency in English, Assamese, and Hindi
  • Proficiency in:
    • MS Word
    • MS Excel
    • MS PowerPoint
    • Internet & peripherals
  • Candidates with Stenography skills will be preferred

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist CEO in drafting and coordination with departments/stakeholders
  • Handle receipt and dispatch of official correspondence
  • Manage official emails and communications
  • Maintain CEO’s meeting schedule and tour diary
  • Perform any other work assigned by the CEO

  • Duly filled prescribed application form (download from FREMAA website)
  • One passport-size photograph
  • Self-attested copies of:
    • Age proof
    • Educational certificates & marksheets
    • Experience certificates
    • Address proof
    • Training certificates (if any)
    • Last drawn salary slip
  • Original documents for verification

Selection Process

  • Selection through Walk-in Interview
  • Salary will be fixed based on:
    • Qualification & experience
    • Performance in interview

If sufficient experienced candidates are not available:

  • Candidates with lesser experience may be shortlisted
  • Lower salary may be offered accordingly
  • FREMAA reserves the right not to recruit if suitable candidates are unavailable

Important Conditions

  • Only eligible candidates will be allowed to appear for interview.
  • Incomplete or misleading information may lead to cancellation of candidature.
  • FREMAA reserves the right to:
    • Modify qualification/experience criteria
    • Increase/decrease number of posts
    • Cancel recruitment without assigning reason
  • Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
