About LMCH Recruitment 2026

The recruitment is being conducted under the ASSIST Project, a World Bank-funded initiative under the Medical Education & Research Department, Government of Assam. The selected candidates will be engaged for a period of 6 months purely on a contractual basis.

Vacancy Details

1. Data Entry Operator

No. of Posts: 01
Remuneration: ₹14,500/- per month
Duration: 6 Months

Educational Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University
1-Year Certificate in Computer Application from recognized institute
Minimum 1 year experience in Data Entry/IT-related operations

Age Limit:

24 to 40 years

Skills Required:

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Data management and internet operations
Typing speed minimum 35 WPM
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Duties & Responsibilities:

Data entry and compilation of project-related data
Preparation of reports, registers, and data backups
Support to Project Office and Hospital Administration
Any other duties assigned by the authority

2. Support Staff

No. of Posts: 03
Remuneration: ₹10,000/- per month
Duration: 6 Months

Educational Qualification:

Minimum Class VIII Passed
Higher qualifications than Class XII will be ineligible

Age Limit:

18 to 40 years

Job Responsibilities:

Monitoring stationery needs
Photocopying and file handling
Dispatch and packaging assistance
Maintaining cleanliness and office upkeep
