- Experience in guiding Ph.D. scholars

B.
- Outstanding professional with Ph.D.
- 10 years’ professional experience with significant contribution to the discipline
Associate Professor
- Ph.D. in the relevant discipline
- Master’s degree with minimum 55% marks
- 8 years of teaching/research experience
- Minimum 7 research publications
- Research score of 75 as per UGC norms
Assistant Professor

- Master’s degree with 55% marks
- Must have qualified NET/SLET/SET, or hold a Ph.D. as per UGC Regulations (2009/2016)
- NET exemption applicable for eligible Ph.D. holders as per UGC rules

Deputy Librarian
- Master’s Degree in Library/Information/Documentation Science with 55% marks
