Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess any one of the following:
- Chartered Accountant (CA)
OR - MBA (Finance) / M.Com (Major in Finance/Accounts)
OR - Bachelor of Engineering in Finance / Bachelor of Financial Engineering from a Government-recognized University
Experience Requirement
- Minimum 3 years of general experience in procurement services
- Experience with Government Procurement / PSU / World Bank aided projects will be an added advantage
- Experience handling high-value contracts and multi-sectoral teams preferred
Age Limit (as on 01 January 2026)
- Minimum: 30 Years
- Maximum: 45 Years
Salary / Remuneration
- ₹1,00,000 per month (Rupees One Lakh Only)
- Inclusive of all incentives and perks
- Contract initially for 11 months
- Extension based on performance and project requirement
Job Responsibilities
The State Procurement Specialist will:
- Prepare procurement plans and cost estimates
- Draft IFB, EOIs, RFPs, RFQs, NIT and bidding documents
- Manage GeM and procurement under Assam Procurement Rules
- Coordinate tendering activities and evaluation processes
- Prepare Bid Evaluation Reports (BER)
- Maintain procurement records for audit
- Provide procurement updates and reports
- Assist in contract management and compliance
- Perform tasks assigned by Mission Director / Chief Engineer (PHE), Sanitation
