Educational Qualification & Experience

Essential Qualification

Candidates must fulfill any one of the following:

Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University/Institute
AND
- Minimum 2 years’ secretarial work experience in:
  - HR Administration
  - Finance & Accounts
  - Academic Administration
  - Purchase / Schools

Required Skills

Proficiency in computers and typing
Good knowledge of:
- Administration and secretarial work
- Transport and dispatch
- ERP-based work environment

Duties & Responsibilities

Handling service matters such as LTC, CEA, Pay Fixation, Pension, Leave, Gratuity, Service Book
Assisting in:
- Student admissions and examinations
- Student Management System
- Convocation ceremonies
- Preparation of degree certificates
- Processing medals, shields, and awards
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Good written and oral communication skills in English will be preferred

Age Limit

Maximum Age: Below 35 years
Cut-off Date: 31 January 2026
Age relaxation may be granted in exceptional cases as per institute norms

Salary & Duration

Salary: ₹25,000 per month (Consolidated)
Duration: Not exceeding one year, extendable based on:
- Satisfactory performance
- Institutional requirement
- Or until the post is filled regularly, whichever is earlier
