Notice Regarding Final Selection List of SRD 2.0
The Final Select List for the post of Teachers of Lower Primary Schools and Upper Primary
Schools against the Advertisement for Special Recruitment Drive 2.0 vide No. E-532785/45 dated
28/10/2025, under the Directorate of Elementary Education, Assam, will be published in the
official website of DEE, Assam, i.e. dee.assam.gov.in on 10/03/2026.
With publication of the Final Select List, the already published Provisional Merit List will
automatically stand cancelled. Any claim for appointment to the post of Teachers on the basis of appearance of name in Provisional Merit List will NOT be entertained.
Appointment letters will be issued to those candidates only, whose name appears in the Final
Select List.
The selected candidates are requested to attend the One-Day Orientation and Ceremonial
Distribution of Appointment Letters to be held on 12/03/2026 at 10:00 AM in Veterinary
Playground, Khanapara, Guwahati – 22 positively without fail.

Important Instructions for Candidates
- The Provisional Merit List is prepared based on:
- Credentials submitted during online application
- Details verified during Physical Document Verification
- Any mismatch or discrepancy in uploaded documents will lead to cancellation of candidature.
- Mere appearance of name in the Provisional Merit List does NOT guarantee appointment.
- Appointment letters will be issued only after publication of the Final Select List.
- Documents will be sent for Back-Office Verification from competent authorities (Board/Council/University).
- The Provisional Merit List will automatically be cancelled once the Final Select List is published.
