The Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) has released an official notification inviting online applications from eligible Indian citizens for District Museum Officer Grade-I (Gazetted) under the Directorate of Museums, Government of Assam. Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess any one of the following qualifications:

Option 1

M.A. in Museology from a recognized University
Preference: Minimum 1 month internship / curatorial experience in a Government museum

Option 2

Post-Graduate degree in History (Ancient) / Anthropology / Archaeology / Sanskrit
Preference: 1-year PG Diploma in Museology

Relevant certificates must be uploaded during online application.
