DEE Assam Document Verification for 5550 LP UP Assistant Teacher Posts [2nd Phase]

Directorate of Elementary Education, DEE Assam has recently released the official notification regarding the Physical Document Verification for candidates who submitted online applications for the 5550 posts LP UP teachers. Candidates who have submitted online application will need to appear for the Physical Document Verification.


 

Schedule of DEE Assam Document Verification

It is for information of all concerned that the 2nd Phase of Physical Documents Verification of the candidates, who have successfully submitted their Online Application and uploaded the relevant documents in support of their candidature against Advertisement vide No. 383723/117 & No. 383723/124 dated 26/12/2023 for recruitment to the post of Regular Teachers in LP & UP Schools under DEE, Assam is scheduled as follows:

  • Date: From 27/06/2025
  • Reporting Time: 1 hour before the scheduled time as mentioned below.
  • Venue: ROHIKA, ASSAM AGRICULTURE UNIVERSITY INTERNATIONAL GUEST HOUSE, KHANAPARA, GUWAHATI – 781022

  • Lower Primary: 3800 posts
  • Upper Primary: 1750 posts

Documents Needed for DEE Assam Document Verification

Documents as mentioned below should be produced in original at the time of documents verification. Applicants are advised to take two set of xerox copies with them.

  • Application Form (Print out of the online application form)
  • Passport Size Photograph.
  • HSLC Admit Card.
  • HSSLC Mark-sheet and Certificate.
  • Graduation Mark-sheet and Certificate.
  • Any other Mark-sheet and Certificate of higher education.
  • DElEd/ BEd Marksheet (1st Year & 2nd Year) and Certificate.
  • Caste Certificate (in case of SC/ ST(P)/ST(H)/OBC/MOBC).
  • Document in support of Permanent Resident of Assam.
  • Certificate and Mark sheet of ATET/CTET.
  • Candidates with disabilities will have to enclose certificates of disabilities issued by Govt. authority.
  • Certificate of Ex-servicemen issued by the Director, Sainik Welfare Board (If uploaded).

  1. The candidates are hereby asked to comply the Notice regarding proof of in-service teacher (only for the candidates with 18-Month D.El.Ed. from NIOS) as notified vide No.EAA/SIU/36/2025/3 dated 17th June, 2025
  2. The candidates are requested to bring self-attested photocopy set of all documents along with the relevant documents in Original at the time Physical Documents Verification.
  3. The candidates are requested to bring all the Acknowledgements of online application, if applied multiple times or multiple posts for both LP and UP Schools.
  4. The candidature will be cancelled forthwith, if any kind of fraudulence/ discrepancy/
    misrepresentation of facts is detected by appropriate authority at any point of time. The candidate will also be barred from taking part in any Govt. recruitment process in future and subsequent legal action will also be initiated against such candidate.
  5. The Next Phase of Physical Documents Verification will be started from 1st July, 2025. The list will be published in the website (https://dee.assam.gov.in) in due course of time.
