Selection Process
The selection for ESIC Specialists Grade II posts will be based on an interview conducted by the Selection Board. Key points:
- Interviews will be held at locations decided by ESIC.
- Minimum suitability marks: UR/EWS – 50, OBC – 45, SC/ST/PwBD – 40 (out of 100).
- Tie-breaking criteria: (1) Age (elder candidate preferred), (2) Date of acquiring essential degree, (3) Internship completion date.
- A reserve list may be prepared as per UPSC guidelines.
