Educational Qualification
- Mandatory:
- Full-time Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 55% marks
- Desirable:
- MBA / PGDM / Finance / Economics / Statistics
- Data Analytics / Data Governance certifications
- Preferred Certifications:
- CAIIB, FRM, PRM, CAMS, CIA, CBCP, Six Sigma, etc.
Work Experience
- Minimum 18 years experience in Banking / Financial Institutions
- At least 10 years in Operations / Business Processes
- Must have held a senior role (within 2 levels below MD & CEO) in last 5 years
Age Limit (as on 01 April 2026)
- Minimum: 40 Years
- Maximum: 55 Years
