About National Ayush Mission Recruitment
The Central Programme Management Unit (CPMU) of the National Ayush Mission supports planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of AYUSH-related public health programmes across States and UTs. Recruitment is being conducted to strengthen technical, financial, and data management capacities at the national level.

Common Eligibility Conditions (For All Posts)
- Age Limit: 21 to 60 years
- Nature of Engagement: Contractual
- Leave Entitlement: 18 days per calendar year (pro-rata basis)
- TA/DA: Admissible as per Government rules during official tours
- Other Allowances: No transport, mobile, or medical allowance
- Tax Deduction: As per Income Tax rules
- Selection Process: Through a Selection Committee headed by a Joint Secretary-level officer
- Important Note: Contractual engagement does not confer any right to regularisation
Post-wise Eligibility, Experience & Responsibilities
1. Senior Programme Manager
Qualification & Experience
- PG Diploma in Public Health Administration / PGDM / MBA (HR)
- Minimum 15 years experience in Government sector
- Experience in health sector/Ayush preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Overall planning and implementation of National Ayush Mission
- Coordination with States, NHM, Ayush Directorates
- Review of State Annual Action Plans (SAAP)
- Monitoring Ayushman Arogya Mandir (Ayush) component
- Preparation of training modules, reports, and policy inputs
Remuneration: ₹1,00,000 per month + 5% annual increment (performance-based)
2. Domain Expert – Public Health
Qualification & Experience
- BAMS/BUMS/BHMS/BSMS/BYNS
- Master’s/PG Diploma in Public Health
- Minimum 5 years experience
Key Responsibilities
- Implementation support for AAM (Ayush) & public health activities
- State coordination, monitoring, data analysis
- Training programs, field visits, reporting
- Portal data monitoring and policy support
Remuneration: ₹75,000 per month + 5% annual increment
3. Senior Consultant (NAM)
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Ayush stream
- Minimum 7 years experience in public health programmes
Responsibilities
- Examination of SAAP/NHM PIP
- Technical reporting and coordination
- Development of public health guidelines
Remuneration: ₹65,000 per month + 5% annual increment
4. Junior Consultant (NAM)
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Ayush stream
- Minimum 5 years experience
Responsibilities
- Support in planning, reporting, and implementation
- Coordination with State Ayush authorities
Remuneration: ₹60,000 per month + 5% annual increment
5. Finance Manager
Qualification & Experience
- MBA (Finance) / M.Com / ICWA / CA
- Minimum 5 years experience in financial management
Responsibilities
- Financial monitoring, budgeting, audit compliance
- Fund flow management and MIS development
Remuneration: ₹60,000 per month + 5% annual increment
6. Accounts Manager
Qualification & Experience
- MBA (Finance) / M.Com / CA (Inter) / ICWA (Inter)
- Minimum 3 years experience
Responsibilities
- Accounting, UCs, expenditure monitoring
- Coordination with State Ayush Societies
Remuneration: ₹50,000 per month + 5% annual increment
7. Data Assistant
Qualification & Experience
- MBA-IT / MCA / M.Sc-IT / BCA
- Minimum 3 years experience
Responsibilities
- HMIS-AYUSH data management
- State and national AYUSH database maintenance
- Report generation and analysis
Remuneration: ₹35,000 per month + 5% annual increment
