Post-wise Educational Qualification and Experience
1. Programme Manager
Qualification: Graduation in any discipline including AYUSH and MBA in Healthcare Management/HR or Master’s in Health/Hospital Administration/PG Diploma in Hospital & Healthcare Management (2 years).
Experience: Minimum 5 years in public health programs in Govt./PSU or reputed organizations.
Desirable: Exposure to social sector schemes at national, state, or district levels.
2. Finance Manager
Qualification: MBA (Finance)/M.Com/ICWA/CA from AICTE-recognized institute/university.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in financial management of major Govt./public projects.
Desirable: Exposure to fund flow management, utilization certificates, and accounting software.
3. Consultant (AYUSH Health & Wellness Centre)
Qualification: Degree in AYUSH stream from a recognized university.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in health sector including AYUSH.
4. Consultant Procurement
Qualification: Post Graduate with minimum 5 years of experience in procurement/logistics/supply chain management, or PG Diploma in Procurement & Logistics Management / Diploma in Health/Hospital Administration.
Other Requirements: Certificate course in computer operation (minimum 6 months).
5. Consultant HR
Qualification: MBA (HR)/PGDBM (HR) – minimum 2 years from a recognized university/institution.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in relevant HR functions.
Desirable: Knowledge of HR laws, Govt. recruitment process, and advanced MS Office skills.
6. District Program Manager
Qualification: Graduation including AYUSH or MBA in Healthcare Management/Master’s in Health/Hospital Administration/PG Diploma in Hospital & Healthcare Management (2 years).
Experience: Minimum 3 years in public health programs.
Desirable: Experience in health sector (including AYUSH) and computer proficiency in MS Office.
7. Data Entry Operator
Qualification: Graduation in Computer Application/IT/Business Administration or B.Tech (CS/IT)/BCA/BBA/BSc-IT or Graduation with 1-year diploma in computer science.
Desirable: Typing speed of 30 WPM and experience in social sector schemes.
Preference: Candidates having experience in health sector including AYUSH.
8. Medical Officer (Ayurvedic) / Resident Medical Officer (Ayurvedic)
Qualification: BAMS degree from a recognized institute.
Registration: Must be registered with the Assam State Council of Indian Medicine.
Preference: Candidates with postgraduate degree in Ayurvedic Medicine.
