Experience

• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience as a Company Secretary in a reputed organization.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Ensuring compliance with the Companies Act and other relevant regulations.
• Organizing Board and Committee meetings and maintaining proper minutes.
• Upholding corporate governance and statutory compliance standards.
• Maintaining all statutory records and filing returns.
• Acting as a liaison between the Board, Government departments, and regulatory authorities.
