Educational Qualification
1. Senior Finance Controller
Essential Qualification and Experience:
Candidates must meet any one of the following criteria:
- Retired AFS Officer who held a post not below the rank of Financial Advisor/Senior Financial Advisor/Director Finance before retirement, preferably Senior Financial Advisor/Director Finance.
OR
- C.A./I.C.W.A. with a minimum of 12 years of post-qualification work experience in handling financial matters in a reputed organization.
Other requirements:
- Candidate should be a resident of Assam.
- Relevant professional experience of working in Assam is required.
- Experience in dealing with Health Sector Schemes/Finance in the Government Sector is desirable.
2. Executive (Procurement-BME)
Candidates must have any one of the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation/Bio-Medical Engineering/Medical Electronics or Master’s Degree in the same fields from a recognized institution/university with minimum 3 years of experience in procurement of medical equipment in a Government/Semi-Government organization.
OR
- Diploma in Instrumentation/Bio-Medical Engineering/Medical Electronics from a recognized institution/university with minimum 5 years of experience in procurement of medical equipment in a Government/Semi-Government organization.
Additional requirements:
- Experience in procurement through GeM and e-Tender is desirable.
- High proficiency in written and oral English.
- Computer proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Executive (Procurement-Drugs)
Candidates must have any one of the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Master’s Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution with minimum 3 years of experience in procurement of drugs in a Government/Semi-Government organization.
OR
- Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institution with minimum 5 years of experience in procurement of drugs in a Government/Semi-Government organization.
Additional requirements:

4. Executive (Quality Control)
