The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has released an official employment notification for the recruitment of 84 Deputy Manager (Finance & Accounts), Library & Information Assistant, Junior Translation Officer, Accountant, and Stenographer posts.

1. Deputy Manager (Finance & Accounts)

• No of Posts: 09
• Pay Scale: Level 10 (₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500)
• Age Limit: 30 years
• Educational Qualification:
  Master of Business Administration (Finance) – MBA (Finance) through a regular course from a recognized University or Institute.

2. Library & Information Assistant

• No of Posts: 01
• Pay Scale: Level 6 (₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400)
• Age Limit: 30 years
• Educational Qualification:
  Bachelor’s Degree in Library Science from a recognized University or Institute.

3. Junior Translation Officer

• No of Posts: 01
• Pay Scale: Level 6 (₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400)
• Age Limit: 30 years
• Educational Qualification:
  • Master’s Degree in Hindi or English (as per combinations listed below):
    • Hindi with English as compulsory/elective subject; or
    • English with Hindi as compulsory/elective subject; or
    • Any subject with Hindi/English medium and the other language as elective/compulsory subject.
  • Diploma/Certificate Course in Translation (Hindi ↔ English) or 2 years’ experience in translation work in a Central/State Government office or PSU.

4. Accountant

• No of Posts: 42
• Pay Scale: Level 5 (₹29,200 – ₹92,300)
• Age Limit: 30 years
• Educational Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or Institute; and
  • Intermediate in Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA).

5. Stenographer

• No of Posts: 31
• Pay Scale: Level 4 (₹25,500 – ₹81,100)
• Age Limit: 28 years
• Educational Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or Institute.
  • Dictation: 05 minutes at 80 wpm (English/Hindi).
  • Transcription (on computer): 50 minutes for English or 65 minutes for Hindi.
