About the Recruitment
RCF is hiring Operator (Chemical) Trainees who will undergo 6 months of training and later be absorbed as Operator Grade-II (A6) with attractive salary and benefits.

Educational Qualification
Candidates must fulfill any one of the following:
Option 1:
- B.Sc. (Chemistry) with Physics as a subject
- NCVT Certificate in Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant) [AO(CP)]
- Minimum 55% marks (50% for SC/ST)
Option 2:
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Technology
- 1-year BOAT Apprenticeship training
- Minimum 55% marks (50% for SC/ST)
Option 3:
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering (Sandwich Pattern – 3.5/4 years)
- Minimum 55% marks (50% for SC/ST)
Age Limit (as on 01.02.2026)
- UR: 30 years
- OBC: 33 years
- SC/ST: 35 years
- Extra 5 years relaxation for Ex-servicemen and eligible categories

Salary Details
During Training:
- ₹22,000/- per month (stipend)
