About Samagra Shiksha Biswanath Recruitment

Samagra Shiksha Biswanath has invited applications for engagement in Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya (KGBV), Biswanath. The engagement will initially be for a period of 11 months and may be extended based on satisfactory performance.

Since KGBVs are residential schools, all staff members except Part Time Assistant Teachers are required to stay in the school hostel campus during working periods.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess:

Master Degree in concerned subject with B.Ed. & Higher Secondary TET

Non-availability of Higher Secondary TET qualified candidate, minimum educational qualification is Master Degree in concerned subject with B.Ed.

Preference: Experience in teaching in UP/HS/HSS.

Salary

HS TET qualified candidate: Rs. 23,000/- per month
Non-TET candidate: Rs. 21,000/- per month

2. Part Time Assistant Teacher (PTAT)

Important Notes

All positions are reserved for Assamese medium candidates only.
In case of experienced candidates, the qualification of Master Degree + B.Ed. may be relaxed during interview for some posts.
Working Wardens-cum-Superintendent, Head Teachers and Full Time Assistant Teachers of the district are advised not to apply.
