Brief Description: SAMEER is looking for suitable persons at Guwahati Centre for its various projects on consolidated pay. These are contractual appointments and shall not confer any right for regularization / absorption or continuation of service in SAMEER. Description of posts and essential requirements for the post are given below.

3. Project Assistant (Physics): 01 Post
4. Project Technician (Fitter): 01 Post

Educational Qualification:

Post 1: Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Bachelor Degree in Technology (B.E. or B. Tech.) or Master’s Degree in Engineering or Technology (M.E. or M. Tech.) in the field in Electronics/Telecommunications, Engineering with minimum 55%.
Post 2: Master Degree in Science (M.Sc.) Physics from a recognized university OR B.Tech. (Engineering Physics) from IIT/NIT/Recognized Universities with minimum 55% marks.
Post 3: B.Sc. (Physics) from a recognized university with minimum of 55% marks
Post 4/5/6: Candidate should have passed ITI (Fitter/Turner/Machinist) from govt. affiliated board of technical/vocational education and completed NCTVT with minimum of 55% marks

Salary of SAMEER Guwahati Job:

Research Scientist: Rs. 32,000/ per month
Project Assistant (A): Rs. 19,000/ per month
Project Technician (A): Rs. 17,100/ per month
Project Technician (B): Rs.21,100/ per month (3 years or more experience)
