About KGBV Dibrugarh Recruitment 2026

Educational Qualification
For Full-Time Assistant Teacher (Science & Arts)
- Master’s Degree in the concerned subject from a recognized University.
- B.Ed degree from a recognized institution.
- Higher Secondary TET Qualified.
Note: In case suitable Higher Secondary TET-qualified candidates are not available, non-TET candidates possessing the prescribed educational and professional qualifications may also apply.
For Part-Time Assistant Teacher (Hindi)
- Master’s Degree in the concerned subject with B.Ed and Higher Secondary TET qualification.

Age Limit

Important Conditions
- All posts are reserved for female candidates only.
- Candidates must have studied in Assamese Medium at HSLC level.
- The engagement is purely contractual.
- Initial engagement will be for 11 months and may be extended based on performance and requirement.

- If a non-TET candidate is selected due to the non-availability of eligible TET-qualified candidates, she must qualify the Higher Secondary TET within the next three consecutive TET examinations.
