1. Lift Operator

   • Educational Qualification:
     • HSLC passed
     • ITI in Lift & Escalator Mechanic or relevant trade / Diploma in relevant field from a Govt. institute
   • Experience: Preference for candidates experienced in operating different types of lifts (passenger, goods)
   • Skills:
     • Ability to operate lift panels, open/close gates, observe signals (bells, buzzers)
     • Ensure lift safety and proficiency in handling lift equipment
2. AC Chiller Operator
   • No. of Posts: 04
   • Educational Qualification:
     • HSLC passed
     • ITI in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or Diploma in relevant trade
   • Experience: Experience in operating & maintaining HVAC systems including chillers
   • Skills:
     • Troubleshooting, maintenance, and understanding of HVAC system operations

Age Limit

• Minimum: 18 years
• Maximum: 43 years
• Age Relaxation: Applicable for SC/ST/OBC as per Assam Government rules

Salary & Contract Details

• Monthly Remuneration: ₹16,140/- (Fixed)
• Contract Period: 6 months initially (extension based on performance & requirement)
• Nature of Engagement: Purely contractual (No claim for permanent employment)
