The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) has released an official recruitment notification for Specialists on Contract (2026-27) under the Department for Data Management, Analytics and Business Intelligence (DDMABI). Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess the required educational qualification and relevant post-qualification work experience as mentioned below.
1. ETL Designer
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology or
- M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology or
- MCA
- Minimum 7 years of IT experience, including 3–5 years in ETL mapping design.
2. Senior Data Scientist
- Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Machine Learning & AI (Minimum 60% marks) or
- M.E./M.Tech in relevant discipline or
- MCA
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
3. Data Scientist
- Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Machine Learning & AI (Minimum 60% marks) or
- M.E./M.Tech in relevant discipline or
- MCA
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
4. Document Designer
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in report/document design, preferably in BFSI or consulting organizations.
5. AI Engineer
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Electronics & Telecommunication or
- Master’s Degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Minimum 5 years of experience including AI Engineering and Backend Development.
6. Data Engineer
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology or
- M.E./M.Tech in relevant discipline or
- MCA
- Minimum 5 years of IT experience including Data Engineering and Database Development.

Selection Process
