Yuva Lekhak Sanman 2025 – Apply for Rs 25,000 Incentive for Young Writers in Assam

Applications are invited for Yuva Lekhak Sanman 2025 from young writers for published books, articles, and translated works for a financial incentive of ₹25,000. Interested candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:

Eligibility Criteria for Yuva Lekhak Sanman 2025

1. Permanent Resident of Assam: Applicant must be a permanent resident of Assam (Proof of residence/Voter ID must be enclosed).
2. Language Requirement: Book must be written in Assamese, Bengali, Bodo language, or any other ethnic language of Assam.
3. Translation Work: Books translated from any other Indian language of the Eighth Schedule of the Constitution of India into Assamese or other languages of Assam will be considered.
4. Published Articles: Articles published in reputed magazines/newspapers will be considered.
5. Age Limit: Applicant’s age must not exceed 40 years as of 1st January 2025 (supported by age proof certificate).

• After filling the form, applicants must:
  • Obtain a printed copy of the application form.
  • Submit it along with a hard copy of the book/translation work/articles at:
    Publication Board Assam, Bamunimaidam, Guwahati-21
• Last Date for Submission: On or before 5th September 2025 positively.
