• Basic Pay: ₹23,340 per month
• Gross Monthly CTC: ₹42,478

RITES Recruitment 2025 – Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

For General/EWS Candidates

• First-class degree OR minimum 60% marks in the qualifying engineering degree.
• Degree must be from an AICTE-approved institution.

For SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwBD Candidates

• 50% marks required in the qualifying degree for reserved posts.
• For unreserved posts, they must have 60% marks.

Accepted Qualifications

• Degree from a university established by Central/State legislature.
• Institutions established by Parliament.
• Deemed Universities under UGC Act 1956.
• Sections A & B of Institution of Engineers (India), recognized by AICTE.

Experience Requirement

• Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in the relevant discipline.
• The following will NOT be counted as experience:
  • Training (except on-the-job)
  • Internship
  • Teaching/academic work
  • Fellowship
  • PhD research

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 40 years as on 25 December 2025.

Age Relaxation

• OBC-NCL / SC / ST: As per Government norms (against reserved posts).
• PwBD: 10 years (with minimum 40% relevant disability).

All age, experience, and eligibility are calculated as per the cut-off date: 25 December 2025.
