Educational Qualification
- Essential Qualification: Master’s Degree in Science / Social Science / Humanities / Commerce or MSW / MBA.
- Work Experience: Minimum 7 years of proven track record of working with Social / Community Development Projects, Entrepreneurship Development, or SVEP Projects.
- Desirable: Experience in DPR Preparation, Training, Mentoring, Liaisoning, and Coordination with stakeholders.
Key Skills Required
- Strong strategic planning and decision-making capability.
- Knowledge of Rural Entrepreneurship, Cluster Promotion, and bankable DPRs.
- Expertise in Budget Management, MIS maintenance, and report generation (MPR/QPR).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work independently.
- Willingness for frequent travel.

- Maximum Age: 50 years
