About Punjab & Sind Bank Apprentice Recruitment 2026
Punjab & Sind Bank has invited online applications for engagement of Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961. The apprenticeship training will be for a period of 12 months.
Candidates selected as apprentices will not be treated as employees of the Bank and will not be entitled to regular employee benefits.

Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess:
- Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute.
- Candidates should be proficient in the local language of the State/UT.
- Candidates must have studied the local language in Class 8/10/12 or Graduation level.
Important Eligibility Conditions
- Candidates with postgraduate qualifications are not eligible.
- Candidates having one year or more work experience are not eligible.
- Candidates should not have completed more than five years after passing the qualifying examination.

The selection will be based on:
- Merit list prepared on the basis of 10+2/HSC marks.
- Merit list will be prepared State-wise, District-wise and Category-wise.
- In case of equal marks, older candidates will be given preference.
