Educational Qualification

• Candidates must possess a three-year Diploma in:
  • Civil Engineering, or
  • Electrical Engineering, or
  • Mechanical Engineering
• The Diploma must be obtained from a recognized University / Institute.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in:
  • Building maintenance
  • Preparation of technical estimates
  • Tender preparation
  • Site supervision and related works
    will be given preference.

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 28 years

(Age relaxation, if any, will be applicable as per Institute norms.)

Pay Scale / Remuneration

• Consolidated Stipend: ₹25,000 per month
• Hostel Facility: Free hostel accommodation may be provided, subject to availability
